Pension provision is becoming an increasingly important issue for charities. As well as concerns around pension deficits and pension liabilities from taking on public sector contracts, 2012 will see the introduction of the Pensions Act 2008.  The Act will make it mandatory for all employers to enrol eligible staff on to a pension scheme.
