Finance Count Benchmarking Workshops

Following the first series of five workshops, run from January to March 2006, to enable members to explore key issues arising from the benchmarking survey we are pleased to announce a further two workshop dates.

Finance Count benchmarking workshops: January - July 2006
The Finance Count financial management benchmarking study, in which 127 voluntary organisations took part, was published in June 2005. Since the report appeared, many participants have expressed their desire to explore various aspects of their financial processes in more depth, and to identify and share good practice. Agenda Consulting and CFDG have developed a series of workshops to meet this need. The workshops have been planned with the help of a steering group, consisting of finance directors from several voluntary organisations. All the workshops will be held at CFDG, 1 London Bridge, London, from 2 to 5 p.m.

Who should attend?
The workshops are for finance directors, finance managers, heads of finance, chief executives and senior managers who are seeking to improve their organisation's approach to financial management.
