The working landscape has dramatically changed in 2020, and protecting against cyber crime is as important as ever.
This online webinar workshop will provide you with a briefing on the cyber landscape before focusing on how you can protect yourself online in uncertain times and in an increasingly agile environment. Designed to bring your concerns into a facilitated discussion, you will be able to share experiences with your peers.
This webinar will be best suited to those who have responsibility or input into risk but who may not have a tech or security background.
Topics will include:
- The current cyber landscape
- Attack vectors - where and who are threats coming from?
- Protecting yourself in an online world
- Remote working considerations
- Flexing your privacy and confidentiality approach to the agile working model
- Surgery session.

Digital leadership: understanding the potential

Digital leadership is of fundamental importance for charities in 2020 as we seek to stay connected and optimise digital opportunities.
This online training will focus on digital leadership for those without a digital transformation background. This event is a briefing session, and will provide an overview of the concepts, techniques and thought processes needed to both drive and support your organisation on its digital journey.
Topics will include:
- The digital landscape – why it’s important
- Understanding your stakeholders
- Unlocking the insights you may already have
- Managing a digital organisation – what makes a digital leader
- Surgery session – your questions answered.

Book below to attend both online sessions for £50. Attending one session is £35 for CFG members, and £45 for non-members.
