Managing remote teams

The outbreak of Covid-19 has become a catalyst in how and where we work from. Working from home is becoming the new normal for many of us who do not need to conduct face to face services. However, this sudden shift to remote working has taken many employees and leaders by surprise and managers need to adapt their leadership style to make the most of these changes. This session will discuss how you can adapt your leadership style to the new circumstances.

15.20 – 15.45

Leadership in a time of crisis

By definition crisis situations are ruled by unfamiliarity and uncertainty and effective responses must be largely improvised. Therefore, what leaders need during a crisis is not a predefined response plan but behaviours and mindsets that will help them look ahead. This session will provide practical examples and methods for leaders to implement in a time of crisis.
