This CFG members' meeting is centred on the effective management of employee performance.

The meeting will share the latest updates in employment law. We will also look at how to manage difficult conversations with your employees.

Finally, we will consider how to track the performance of your employees and motivate them for better performance outcomes, and how this can add to a positive working environment.

Rubel is an experienced solicitor in the employment team at Slater and Gordon Lawyers in Cardiff.
Rubel has extensive experience in dealing with settlements and has a high success rate of achieving positive outcomes from his clients. He advises on all aspects of employment law ranging from unfair dismissal to equal pay and discrimination.
