Written notice of cancellation received 22 days or more prior to the event date will incur a 25% administration fee.
Cancellations received 21 days or fewer before the event date will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge, and no refund will be available.
Delegate substitutions (name changes) may be made free of charge at any time prior to the event.
All payments must be received and processed in full before a delegate is permitted to attend the event. CFG reserves the right to refuse attendance where payment has not been received in advance.
CFG reserves the right to amend the format, content, venue, timing, speakers or delivery method of an event where reasonably necessary, including changing an in-person event to an online format. Such changes shall not entitle delegates to cancel their booking or receive a refund.
CFG reserves the right to cancel an event at any time. Where cancellation is not due to circumstances beyond CFG's reasonable control, delegates will be able to choose either a full refund or transfer to an alternative date if available.
Team Ticket bookings are purchased as a package and cannot be partially cancelled. No refunds, credits or partial reimbursements will be provided for unused places. Please note that CFG cannot accept responsibility for, or refund, any travel, accommodation or other related expenses incurred by delegates. CFG's liability in respect of any cancelled event shall be limited to the fees paid by the delegate for that event.
