The role

‘Inspiring Financial Leadership’ summarises both CFG’s identity and its purpose as an organisation that supports thousands of financial leaders in the charity sector.

Our vision is of a charity sector that is financially confident, dynamic and trustworthy. We provide a range of services to our members and the sector more widely. These include training, a range of publications and a sector-leading programme of meetings and conferences throughout the year, both physical and virtual.  

We also work with other sector bodies to lobby the government and regulator on legal and regulatory issues affecting the sector. The organisation has grown consistently in recent years.

We are looking for a marketing enthusiast with an eye for detail, who has experience of working in a similar role at a membership or charity organisation. The marketing coordinator will work closely with the Head of Membership and Marketing as well as the Events team.

You will lead in creating, developing and delivering the charity’s marketing strategy for membership recruitment and retention, events programme and other CFG products and services, putting member value and insight at the heart of your approach.
