Operational effectiveness and efficiency

There is increasing scrutiny applied to the actions of all organisations and value is increasingly aligned to brand value.  Charities are no exception.  To maintain reputation it is important to create a positive culture, operate sustainably and ethically and ensure the end user is benefiting fully from the operations.  A key element in achieving this is to ensure expenditure is committed having balanced these factors.  Through consideration of the lifecycle of delivering and consuming services and goods you will:

Charities need to understand their sources of income and identify any potential vulnerabilities associated with each income stream. To assure financial resilience you not only have to ensure you target the right sources of income, but implement effective contingency planning and make the case for sufficient reserves.
