This members' meeting is focused on local authority finance where we will be discussing the key questions:

  • What is the full cost of delivering your services?
  • What are the steps you can take to recover these? 

The session will also examine the key differences between grants and contracts, and what steps you can take to limit your VAT liabilities. 

Finally, how to increase funding and expand your organisation will be explored.

This meeting is open to CFG members only and is free of charge.
