MLC Partners provide a humble, hardworking, honest approach to recruitment. Founded in 2015 and Recruitment Agency of the Year in 2019, we are arguably the new kids on the block, challenging the ‘status quo’ and providing clients and candidates an exciting alternative. Our foundations have allowed us to quickly build an enviable reputation as the recruitment partner of choice to local, national, and international charities.
