Are you someone who knows what’s going on in the sector, and what challenges face professionals working in the charity finance space? Do you have exceptional skills that enable you to translate that knowledge into practical content? Are you able to connect with audiences and build relationships with a wide variety of people from very different backgrounds? This is a unique opportunity to join the CFG team in a brand new role that will report directly into our CEO, Caron Bradshaw, and will work across each of the four directorates. As this is a new role to organisation you will have a key role in shaping the position to best serve CFG’s needs.
The ideal candidate will have natural presence and can empower and teach others. You will not be content to simply do things yourself but will thrive on building capacity in others. This role will have a significant role in interpreting and transferring knowledge across various teams. The successful candidate will be able to grow capacity within other teams; adding value and resource rather than building complete reliance on their expertise and sector knowledge.
